Available: Two permanent positions
Wage: 12-16 per hour plus bonus
Hours: Flexible - 40 per week
Duties: The positions vary slightly having different responsibilities to include the following;

1) 'Respond to Listing inquiries via phone and the web
2) Create sales brochures or highlight sheets using standard WORD or PUBLISHER, etc templates already developed.
3) Take digital photos of Listings, etc to be used in printed and electronic media.
4) Be a Greeter or Host/Hostess at open houses or in new construction communities.
5) Use REALTOR web account to access MLS data for real estate inquiry reports on current or past listings.
6) Process, schedule and remove various agreement contingency related inspections, releases etc.
7) Schedule and track closing, showing and other appointments between REALTOR and clients.
8) Distribute advertising materials and copy to sales sites or advertiser's.

Good Typing and Computer Skills
Have Valid Driver's License and Car
